Best Island to Visit is a member of the GetYourGuide and Viator partner programs. When you book a tour or boat trip through a product button marked "Reserve", we may earn a commission from that company. You pay the same price you would pay going to them directly; the commission costs you nothing extra. These links are marked rel="nofollow".

Commission never changes a score. The rankings come from a formula whose inputs are weather, beaches, things to do, access, hotel value and crowds, set out on how we score islands. No commission, booking count or product is one of them, and an island with no bookable products is scored exactly like one with dozens.

We do not accept payment from any tourism board, hotel, airline or tour operator to be featured, and we do not print product prices next to the links, because both programs change them by date. The ratings shown are the ones each program displays, and our notes say what a product leaves out.
